For ten years, we have built a movement of courageous, skilled, and determined women leading the way in European politics. For ten years we’ve never been shy about taking a stand.
We’ve stood forward when our moment has come, stood against illiberal forces, stood up to misogyny, and stood along side other courageous women pursing their ambitions.
Now, at a time when our mission has never been more urgent, we are coming together to stand stronger, speak louder, and lead the fight for a more just, inclusive, and democratic future.
Join us at the Alliance Of Her 10th Anniversary Summit, a landmark gathering of alumnae, allies, and high-level guests, coming together to celebrate a decade of empowerment and chart the course for the future.
The summit will be a moment of inspiration, learning, and action – featuring high-level speakers, skill-building sessions, and networking opportunities designed to strengthen our community and propel us into the next decade of impact.

10:30 ELF Open Forum: Framing Power – Media Narratives and the Faces of Female Leadership
From headlines to hashtags, the way women—especially female politicians—are portrayed in the media has profound implications for gender equality and democratic representation. This panel explores how media narratives shape public perceptions of women in leadership, influence political participation, and either reinforce or challenge harmful stereotypes.
